@urlyman I still swear by normalize.css.
With years I've come to appreciate vertical margin collapses, but they are very surprising when no one tells you about them proper (especially since they don't work horizontally).

@mahryekuh I used normalize for a long time but more recently I have been working with something adapted from @andy’s https://piccalil.li/blog/a-more-modern-css-reset/
I thought I’d try eschewing the blunt instrument but doing so is just a mess.
It’s good to explore if old practices are still needed. And in this case, they still are!

@urlyman I've been doing that since the Twitter era, but I don't have the spoons to keep up with blogs and go weeks without checking them, so the fancy stuff often goes past me.
