Michelle Obama just finished what may go down in history as the speech that sealed the deal for Kamala Harris.

@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin @SpaceLifeForm This speech was indescribably powerful. No one listening could avoid being deeply affected and moved.

@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin its arguably the best political speech I've ever heard. She laid open her soul on this one. It was extraordinary in its power, honesty and insight.

@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin I was there, and Michelle Obama's outlining of women's health care was an informative call to empathy and solidarity.

@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin Michelle Obama's speeches are always indescribably beautiful--raw but also precise. She pulls no punches but is eloquent at the same time. She manages to bring together lived experience with the big picture. Forever FLOTUS is the most remarkable speaker and thinker, truly one of a kind.

@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin
seriously,
All of you people thinking of sitting this election out, voting third party or whatever should watch this video as she speaks the truth.
Im not blowing smoke up your ass, this IS your LAST chance to make an intelligent decision if you are still flip flopping.
You wanna block me or stop following me. I dont care. I actually have no idea how many people actually follow me and dont really care. I just voice my opinions here.
All of your crying after the fact, if things go the wrong way and you lose rights or healthcare or whatever and you realise that it actually affects you down the line, and you later regret your decision, it wont make an ounce of difference then when its too late.
fucking wise up and take some responsibility. -

@Dubhes @mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin I don’t usually just vote a single party down-ticket because I like to think I at least consider the positions each candidate and ballot measure proposes.
Not this time.
I simply can’t support anyone who calls these Republican this time around, and I’m certainly not going to vote third-party when the risk is Trump winning. Too much is at stake this time. I could wish for a better political system, but that’s not what we have. Trump needs to lose.

@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin Michelle Obama is my favorite first lady, and my guiding star, now that Rep. John Lewis is gone.

She is wonderful. Highest moral character, brutally honest and super intelligent.

@mastodonmigration @KamalaHarrisWin Lord, yes! If Michelle Obama is your Mom, you KNOW you're gonna eat right, live right, and mind your gotdamn manners. I love her so much. She NEVER stoops to Trump's level, never. It took him 3 days to respond to her critique, and the only thing he can say is "Nasty." Which describes him to a t, and her, not at all.

Oh yeah. Michelle Obama didn't get nasty with him. Michelle Obama described in detail what a despicable human being he is. And she did it with gravitas, class and style:
