We had a really good property manager. He was kind and empathetic. He was replaced some time ago but someone who is the complete opposite. Every email and phone interaction feels like getting dressed down by some annoying grandpa I don’t even have. He is probably a dick to everyone, but it is also hard to ignore the obvious gender and racial and age disparity around how he is much more condescending to us.
