“Vote for him to be president because he’s too incompetent to be guilty!”

@inthehands @GottaLaff gonna have to invoke Poe's Law on this one

Truly, I don’t even know what’s real anymore. We need a counterpart to Poe’s Law that goes the other direction: any sincere expression of extreme or preposterous views will be mistaken for parody.

My dear nincompoops of the WSJ, there is a person in this race who is both abundantly competent and did not stage a coup, and whose policies would in fact be far far better for the economic issues that your paper purports to focus on.
If you can't endorse that person, not even under •these• conditions, you need to go to your room and don't come back until you're ready to apologize for your relationship with Black women.

@inthehands I'm fine with being behind my POC sisters for that apology, they've been waiting for a couple hundred years already. But as a middle-aged white man who believes in democracy and equality, Imma need an apology of my own before I have any interest in listening to (certainly paying FOR) the LA Times, WaPo, WSJ, etc.
FWIW - Biden has been WAY more progressive than Obama in fighting for citizens rights over monopolies. But I'll take 8 more years and some SCOTUS appointments with glee.
