@ultranurd Scl seemed to be very resilient in the central metro area. My ups emailed me 4 times about brief outages, but that was all. In the end, ting counted only three.

@jpsays Yeah I kinda wonder if the wind didn't hit there as much, or that there had been more tree maintenance? Obviously downtown mostly underground.

Seems like we (and most of central Seattle) didn't get the worst of it. Still almost 70k without power north and south and 12 school closures that we got an alert for, but not ours. Wonder how much debris we'll see on walk to school this morning.

Answer: not much! A few small branches and a lot of the remaining leaves.
