It's a pity that https://serveo.net seems to be down (for good?). #serveo was a nice, accountless and free ssh tunneling service, where you could just create reverse ssh tunnels to e.g. reach devices deep in a network that are otherwise unreachable.
Do you know of any other such services? Hard to beat that featureset though...

@nobodyinperson Have you checked out ngrok? sounds familiar
ngrok | API Gateway, Kubernetes Networking + Secure Tunnels
ngrok simplifies app delivery by unifying API gateway, Kubernetes Ingress, global load balancing, DDoS protection and more with secure tunnels.

@vitriolix Nope, ephemeral domains and I don't know if it even works for ssh.

@nobodyinperson @vitriolix How about https://zrok.io/ ?
Public reserved shares seem to be what you want: https://docs.zrok.io/docs/concepts/sharing-reserved/
I think it isn't accountless though.

@nobodyinperson @vitriolix http://ssh-j.com/ looks like it is something similar as well (no endorsement, haven't tested it, just found it).
There is also a long list of things that might work for you here: https://github.com/anderspitman/awesome-tunneling?tab=readme-ov-file
