So far I've done them without really knowing what it is. I assume it's about using loops, but outside of that people just seem to do do what they like (some don't even use loops).
I've actually tried looking for "the rules" a couple of times, but I don't think there are any.

@limebar I say go for it! I joined a bit late last year myself, but as it's pretty clear from other replies, anything goes, really. It's all about having fun!

Yeah. One site implied it was for live looping performance, but that didn't seem like what I was hearing. But yeah, I think I'm just needlessly blocking myself, as usual. -
