Today I asked a neurotypical person what they do with all the extra brain space (since, ya know, they’re not zipping between thoughts while simultaneously analyzing conversations they had weeks ago). They thought a moment and then declared:
MATH.
To my particular flavor of #neurospicy brain, this was oddly comforting - but that may be because I finally have an answer as to what I’m so bad at #math :blobfoxcrylaugh:

But like… seriously? I have SO many questions!
What do they do with all the extra brain cycles?!
Doesn’t it get boring in there?!
If you only have one thought at a time, can you hear it echo as it goes down the hall of your brain??
Ok, that’s enough Internet for me, good night fedi friends! :blobfoxheartcute:

@aronow the idea of having only one thought at a time is kinda blowing my mind a bit
