If you decide to go with a German eG, eV (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Registered_association_(Germany) ), Swiss or European equivalent (had a French name, I think) and need people to sign the founding contract, I'd be happy and honored to join.

Those guys are only gonna buy it then kill it. I've seen it over and over again. Kill the competition, suffocate the innovation and ideas, snuff out the passion. You get paid off, but it's your own end. Keep it like it is now though, and you're a legend. -
