I have purchased emergency dark #chocolate - this is not a drill.

@JackTheCat Thanks for that reminder. I keep saying it should be relocated to Weston Super-Mare but somehow Westminster isn't keen. The good bit I guess is that we are that close. Bet I'd just be about to chow down on a fresh block of newlynpurchased marzipan when it goes up too. Typical.

@emsquared I remember a story about some englandshire saying the nukes couldn't possibly go down there because, "There are people there."

@JackTheCat They mean people they care about though these days I doubt there are many left that they really do care about.

@emsquared don't you always have enough dark chocolate in your house? I always do.
-
@rivets Sadly necessity here runs a just-in-time supply regime.
-
@emsquared I stock up when I'm in Lidl - least expensive and good chocolate. The coΓΆp chocolate is good too, though up there with others in price. Lindt if it's on offer. The montezumas etc. are over priced and often not that nice I find. (I only eat one square a day TBF)

@rivets Admirable willpower.
-
@rivets Yes. The bar I got earlier was from Lidl. One if my fave dark choc bars was one I used to get when in Australia (or the Oz shop when in London way back) and made by Whittakers (a New Zealand made bar). Ooooh.
-
@emsquared it's good for you, but only if you have one square a day.
-
@rivets One square! (looks into middle distance. A small tear forms in the corner of one eye, then the other). One square...one...square...
