@ekis I guess that may be a good approach for some people, and esp. of course when you are already working there. For my part my exposure to big tech has already been much reduced by delightful alternatives. Encouraging more people to follow along is a positive action and uplifting.

@smallcircles Been doing that since 2015. No Google at all, no Facebook, no Twitter, no Apple, stopped buying on Amazon basically entirely and I'll never ever fucking own a Tesla.
All this doesn't even require effort or makes things complicated, competing alternative services are equally good, with spread online presence and my data usage so it's not all concentrated at one provider.
