Four Hot Sauce Flavoured Salts
All are 3Tbsp salt to 1Tbsp hot sauce mixture

TL: Ralph's Righteous Habanero, La Peruanita Red Rocoto
BL: Red Rocoto, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, smoked red savina habanero powder - for roast potatoes!
BR: Gochujang, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, ground toasted star anise, clove, szechuan peppercorn and roasted sesame seeds
TR: Jerk - Walker's Wood or homemade only -
@docpop The smell while the BR 'asian' one was drying was just like walking into a Chinese BBQ restaurant.
I'm going to hit the other three with a short smoke blessing in the cold smoker tomorrow. Something milder like maple or maybe cherry.
I don't think it's going to take much smoke. The salt is covered in microscopic sauce mixture particles that are just going to instantly glom onto any smoke molecules passing by.

@docpop I'm hoping to get a couple of winners that I can give out as neighbour seasonal gifts.
It would be a pretty cheap gift cost-wise but also unique and personal.

@kaybee335 finding a cool container could be nice too. I gifted some in a test tube glass yesterday, but I bet thereβs something else that could look cool and be reusable.
