precincts that thought it was a solid idea to close a road to cars to create park space in 2022 also tended to go for that in 2024!

@jef @scott @chema @aarbrk recalls a tool for the rich to undermine democracy. What changes could be made to our recall laws that wouldn’t further exasperate this problem? For example, requiring more signatures would be easier for the rich (since they fund signature collectors) while making it harder for genuine volunteers/grassroot campaigns to do the same.
