@gabboman I winged it, so no recipe, sorry. The rice was a potpourri of various recipes and youtube videos that I've slowly made my own. The tofu is firm, sliced and covered with a light layer of corn starch, then cooked in vegetable oil at about 360F for 5 minutes. If you need any more suggestions, I recommend Serious Eats and NYT Cooking, that's where I got most of my recipes. I hope that helps.

@jaredzimmerman I'm really inspired by United Dumplings and Mission Chinese. Two of my favorite restaurants in SF. Both have fantastic options if you are looking for something like this. If you'd like any suggestions, let me know which restaurant and if you have any dietary needs.
