@ditsch42 yeah, I agree we can def improve in those regards, and I look forward to getting more diverse voices on board.

I'm privileged af, I know that, I need help to make Pixelfed safe for everyone, and I know I can't do this myself, so let's not only get real advice, but also get them paid for helping us improve for everyone!

I believe this will help us a lot, and encourage a similar model with other projects.
