Maybe in Russian context, it would apply to vodka instead?

The USSR used to fuel their jets with vodka, the Tupolev Tu-22
This air was hot and had to be cooled before being pumped into the cockpit. This cooling was provided by a large total-loss evaporator running on a mixture of 40% ethanol and 60% distilled water (effectively vodka). This system garnered the aircraft one of its many nicknames, the "supersonic booze carrier".

@tuban_muzuru That was a specific engineering quirk of a particular model, though. Unless Russia brought some original Tu-22:s back from storage (which, tbh, is not entirely implausible, considering the scrap-worthy tanks and artillery they have been fielding recently), I don't think vodka-cooled planes are in current use by Russia.
Ethanol has a myriad of other military uses, however. The original Molotov Cocktails, for one, were manufactured in the same Finnish factories that had been producing and bottling vodka in peace-time, for, perhaps, the most obvious example. Ukraine might be trying to disrupt a specific industrial supply chain by striking several vodka bottlers.
