@_elena I listened to that in the car home today, another great episode (and I could absolutely FEEL @ben vibrating in his chair, talking about how media orgs have waited for tech to happen to them, but have a chance to engage and build the open social web!).
Also I was thinking, with your amazing blog series: I think it must be past time for @mike to invite *you* on the show…
