Yup! I'm quite happy sitting on a bus or coach doing some side-quests -
@Edent @gregorymarler @streetcomplete Back then I had no internet on the go, only very slow internet at places of accommodation.
So I used my GPS recorder (no screen) and camera, then GPX sync + photomapping in JOSM in the evenings.
I mapped a ton of unmapped streets and whatnot, especially during the period where we rode scooters and motorcycles. I even looked up street, POI and other names up in Vietnamese to correctly record all the characters
