@m @EdCates give yourselves guarded recovery time.
Remember that dissociation is a holding pattern, not recovery, so put yourselves in the most healing environment you can even if it's just headphones and favorite music.
If you need hope, allow time to remember what gives you hope. If hope isn't your sole driver (hello Finland and sisu representing) practice your "because fuck you that's why."
