Shouldn't you think about stopping any coding activity and doing only PR reviews and strategy/prioritisation ? And if you do not want to do that, I would think finding people who want to do it should be the priority.
Community work is tough, but if it is not done, the community will fade away.

One way may also be to structure the review process so you can outsource the review process to (part of) the community ?

@jcolomb @renchap @wild1145 the core team can't just stop writing code, since there's a lot only they understand in the project, and they have been doing a fantastic job generally reviewing code / PRs.

It's just the progress made there keeps getting undercut by actions of Eugen.

@miah @Gargron I won't be forking Mastodon, and am still strongly against a hard fork, however, we do need to work better together in the future.

@thisismissem @MastodonEngineering Are you sure that you are alright? You seemed really upset in the original post and supported it with a lot of evidence. This sudden edit and turn-around is really worrying and just makes the Mastodon team look worse. You could have left the original post and made a comment to it to show how there was an issue at first but it got resolved. Now it just looks like you were forced to change the post.
