@macronencer @openrightsgroup I'm struggling with the inherent contradiction between:
"Require banks and financial institutions to share data that may show indications of potential benefit overpayments"
and
"DWP will not have access to people’s bank accounts and will not share their personal information with third parties."
Does this mean that financial institutions will have a hotline to the DWP and that no third party (such as Crapita) will be involved? I suspect not.
