@pedro When I signed up last year, yes. Our servers bounced their confirmation email. I whitelisted the domain, but there was no way to perform a password reset or request a resend through the interface. Attempting to sign up again gave the error "username already in use" and a password reset had the error "Your account has not been confirmed".
I emailed support and they fixed it pretty quickly.
