Ditched the email bullshit and talked to an AWESOME person named Sara(h?).
Interestingly, she couldn’t extract me from my 2006 employer’s team, but as it turns out, even though that’s what I see when I log into developer dot apple dot com, she informed me that I also have a personal developer account… that I can’t seem to access or see in any way.
THAT is the acct that had the auto renew, and she could stop that.
Total insanity, but thankful for helpful humans.
