Sometimes in the morning I'm like "why do I feel like shit and like I am trapped in my body unable to initiate any actions". Then I get some caffeine in me and get magically better.

@fleeky Got two cases of redbull from costco so I should be set for a few months

@mauve seems like every year that I get older the amount of pain I get when rolling out of bed gets more and more. I guess its better than the alternative though.
-
@skryking Big mood. Finding correlations between actions and weather and pain levels can be (type 2) fun . Sometimes even if I didn't overdo things the weather is just like "your joints are going to hurt like hell today lmao" and I just have to eat shit.
-
@mauve I woke up this morning and the muscles in my feet hurt as I walked accross the room. Seemed to be stiffness but wow that was a bit of a shocker to get use to.
-
@skryking oof yeah. Hopefully it's adressable with a change in sleeping habits or something. One of my pals recently started using one of those pregnancy pillows to sleep which helped with a bunch of random joint pains.

@mauve perhaps your matras is too comfortable/soft though I recognize the feeling even with a hard matras, so I bet caffeine might also contribute to peak/dip dynamics

@lvk I'm like 90% sure it's adhd related.
