Fediverse! What are your favourite meals to make when staying in self-catering holiday rentals? Difficulty level: catering for 12 people; gluten-free or can be adapted to be gluten-free.

@wjt roasted vegetables - as long as the rental has a baking pan/sheet pan - it is easy and versatile and scalable (and vegan / gluten free). All you really need is olive oil, salt and pepper but of course you can add herbs/spices. It’s also nice to mix in onions/garlic with root vegs or squashes.
Eggs - versitle and fast and for a large group lots of options to make in large batches and also don’t require lots of spices etc just good butter or oil plus veggies for a scramble etc.
