Any country that implements a Universal Basic Income, Universal Healthcare, and free public education, is sending the message that if you are a citizen of that country, you will not live in poverty.

@GhostOnTheHalfShell @dgar In the US, continuing qualification for social "safety net" programs is ridiculously time consuming. Hugely expensive in terms of human capital.
