Among LGBTQ voters, per NBC's exit polls (I think in Florida but would have to double check the scope), 86% voted for Harris and it was one of the few demographics that he _lost_ ground with versus 2020.

@hrefna ty for this, I've been hoping to see those numbers.
(By which I also mean I've been yelling 'measure the gendered vote breakdown with nonbinary/other included you cowards' at my phone in response to people's processing grief via blame).

@hrefna Who is 'he'?

Right. Cis-normativity is built in to the framing of exit polls, and it erases this critical distinction.
@[email protected] I think 86% is the national number - https://www.nbcnews.com/nbc-out/out-politics-and-policy/lgbt-voters-away-from-trump-2024-election-record-change-rcna178939 (of course exit polls are known to be somewhat unreliable so it might be a bit lower or higher but still, it's the overwhelming majority). And that number includes cis white gay and bi guys ... it'd be interesting to know the more detailed breakdowns, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's over 90% for trans and non-binary people.

@tullycraft heh, edited to clarify it
