In an ideal world I’d have something akin to bear on my own host - a hosted updating page where I can type in my blog post without touching the source code, and a front-end/back-end I can customise separately until my hearts content! About 20 years ago I achieved this with scripts like cutephp (hideously vulnerable but achieved what I needed) & WP fit the bill in its earliest days but now it’s far too commercialised for me and unnecessary for my needs…

@siobhan I like no-code environments, and personally I use Webflow for my site, and inject small amounts of code if/when needed. There's a few static pages, and others such as featured work, success stories, and Timeline are via CMS
