Reminder: Nebula prices are going up from $30/year to $36/year starting September 1. Still very reasonable IMO, but it also only applies to new subscribers, so if you sign up before that you can skip this price increase. So if you've wanted a subscription for a while, this might be a good time.

@Techaltar I was thinking about signing up with the lifetime plan. Do you know if that one is going up too? And do you also get money from that or only for monthly subs? Thanks in advance!

@Techaltar I used Nebula for a while, and do like it. The reason I stopped my subscription is the lack of comments on a video, I get why itโs not there, moderation is no joke, but I still want to be a/one of the voice(s) asking for this.
That said, please add comments -
@erithrym Lifetime is staying. I earn from any signup as long as it goes through that link
-
@Mister_Eel As someone who likes to read/write comments I can 100% feel you, but the team reeeeally doesn't want to get into moderation, so it seems unlikely for now I'm afraid
-
@Techaltar yeah thatโs what I feared. I wonder, would there be some (legal and ethical) way to embed YouTube comments under videos that have a yt counterpart?
Pleven if there is, itโs probably way too janky to actually use in production -
@Mister_Eel yeah I don't know of anything
-
@Techaltar is there a reason, Nebula only accepts Credit Card? Personally, I think it's really annoying and the reason, I haven't gotten around to subscribing (frankly, I just don't remember my PIN). Paypal is what it's at for me - I would suscribe immidiately
-
@AndreasWormland FYI it's not just credit cards but almost any bank card. As for PayPal, it's not accepted because people use it for fraudulently refunding stuff all the time and it's simply not worth implementing I'm afraid
