@katanova @ai6yr @ingalls not good enough; i wouldn't know an oil exec if one kicked me in the shins. name 'em after oil companies with distribution weighted towards money spent on denying climate change (e.g. "Exxon, Exxon 2, ... Exxon 815, BP, etc)

Sometimes *people* can.

The superrich hide in obscurity. They make decisions with disastrous consequences.

I want to normalize naming and shaming rich people and the decisions that they make.

I would like to amend my previous suggestion to name-and-company of the exec, so that normies like me (apparently) know who the person is/was. "Heat Wave Bob" is less impactful than "Heat Wave Bob Smith, Exxon CEO 1980-1995" or whatever.

I think "company-executive" would be a good short and sweet. Let people look up the name and find the association.

"The BP-Tony Hayward heatwave is in full swing, and has killed 15 people in southern california. Meteorologists expect BP-Tony Hayward to last until the end of the week"
