As a German, I was tempted to read up for a few minutes on that matter, because I knew that several groups were murdered in concentration camps, and I was confused by the discussion that ensued here.
Turns out: "Holocaust" is the name of the industrialized murder committed by the Reich to eradicate Jews specifically, so yes, specific group. I concede that that's not how the word is often used in common language though. However, and that I didn't know, there's also a name for the murder of Sinti and Roma, and that's Porajmos (translates to something like "the devouring", https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porajmos).
Apart from that, the camps were used for a number of other groups that the Nazis wanted removed. Seeing the US and several European countries slip into (proto-)fascism, with the AfD gaining significant ground on all levels of government and among the general population deeply worries me, as does the fact that political parties almost across the spectrum adopt racist ideologies...
