Listen, it's simply not fair of you to summarize my therapy session today into so few words...

Just in case you weren't kidding, don't think of it as unfair, think of it as the therapy session giving you the tools to fully understand what it means

Don't have poor mental health, but this is what keeps me together in hard times.
We move forward because we don't know what comes after. I know the circumstances of my present situation and must move forward. I don't know why I haven't considered just...not, but I know it leads down a dark path.

Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right, Because their words had forked no lightning they Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how brightTheir frail deeds might have danced in a green bay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

The worst thing one can do for their mental health in a dangerous situation is to stop moving and start cowering.
