ok, unrelated to my current small breakage of GDB, in my third day trying to get GDB to compile on AIX for.... reasons... I"m now having to compile mpfr and hope to GOD it just works, because the instructions i got to compile gdb were EXTENSIVE and I have none of those for mpfr

Second attempt at compiling mpfr. The first worked but couldn't be installed, and because mpfr is compiled and placed in src/.lib instead of src/lib I can't use it without installing
