How did you get your copy of Mastodon?
-
@Edent We have this local store where you can rent a social network for a day. Went there after school, ripped Mastodon at home (my Plextor makes short work of the copy protection) and brought it back the next afternoon. No question asked why you only need it for day.
-
@dbenzhuser you're the reason Blockbuster no longer exists.

@Edent I donβt have internet at home so I give my friend a list of toots and then come with my hard drive and copy them off of his computer. We do this like every other week. More time to hang out, too. About once every 3 month we gather with all our friends and share the best toots.

@Edent I copied it at a computer meet. According to the animated intro that plays each time I start it, this copy is presented by Fairlight and you can get your own by dialing in to one of their BBS's. Oh, and it comes with trainers too! Unlimited posts!

@Edent I just had to peal off the write protect tab to make my own copy.
-
I am shocked that nobody does it the old way anymore.
-
@Edent Scanned the barcode in Wired magazine with my CueCat.
