Nothing says innocence like a settlement. But the buried lede here imo is the allegation that Siri recordings are sold to third parties. I bet most Apple users would be surprised to learn that.

To be clear, I'm well aware that Apple claims they do not sell private data. But settling a lawsuit alleging they lied about that does not inspire confidence.
