Wait stupid question but why aren't we doing entryism to local capital-D Democrat committees?

Interestingly, city- and especially state-level committees have near-autocratic control over primaries, ballot selection, and a vote in the only partially rigged vote for the national committee that gets to steer around 100s of millions of dollars and contest voting procedures changes in court. As precedent, that's partially how the trump faction avoided getting kicked out of the RNC in 2020...
