edit: downthread someone suggested "decoy {server,environment,etc}" and that works

@atax1a none that I've heard of. I mostly hear "canary" used in the warrant canary sense, not in this context. I wouldn't be against trying to popularize a new term along the same lines, like mousetrap, bait station, or decoy. I think "decoy server", "decoy system", and "decoy environment" most readily roll off the tongue.
