either:
- Palworld fights back against the patents and somehow overturns Nintendo's endless ability to patent game mechanics, which would be AMAZING for the industry ... And would never happen lol there's no way they win that case
- Palworld quietly gives up, and Nintendo can now go after any game that vaguely fits any of their many patents
- Palworld fights and loses, setting precedent that Nintendo can kill any game they hate lol -

@junebug i mean i honestly dont see nintendo having much of a case? especially since theyre suing over ambiguous game design patents (where palworld plays completely differently in every way) and not copyright shit with character designs.
