Sadly here in the UK the NHS won't prescribe progesterone, or spiro, although they do give out an anti-androgen called Decapeptyl.

@jessienab @Fiona Quite possibly - although the DIY market is quite hit and miss here, a lot of stuff seems to come from the Indian market rather than the US, and so still has different or generic names even if it's the same base drug.
