Annnnd no more than a few hours after posting it a wealthy tech bro has accused me of being a NIMBY.

I've spent the last 4 years learning about and involved in land use and planning. I'm all in on urbanism, and densifying the suburbs.

I just want inclusionary housing, transit oriented development, and in-fill, rather than sprawl and the latest bill of goods being peddled by people who chase bubbles.
