I don't know why we do this to ourselves, and I don't know why people fight me so hard when I try to fix it. But I am so tired.

@jenniferplusplus If people put you in an untenable situation, preventing you from fixing that while still requiring you to deliver results, ask them if they deliberately set you and, by extension, themselves up for failure.
Tasks which are both sisyphean and herculean are unacceptable.

That didn't go too well. I'm weird that way, perhaps got a bit triggered, and I'm sorry for bothering you. I shall choose my words more carefully and, considering my usual level of overthinking, will in all likelihood remain mostly silent. Greater losses have indeed been suffered
