All Tech Is Human's Responsible Tech Mentorship Program: 2025 Mentee Application

Thank you so much for your interest in All Tech Is Human's 2025 Responsible Tech Mentorship Program! The goal of this program is to diversify the responsible tech talent pipeline, connect like-minded professionals over shared goals, and help you build your network in responsible tech. All Tech Is Human is a non-profit organization committed to tackling thorny tech & society issues and co-creating a tech future aligned with the public interest. We do this through collective understanding, involvement, and actions around our three key work streams: community-building, education, and careers. Learn more at AllTechIsHuman.org | all of our activities and projects ✖️ Learn more about the program on the Mentorship Program website. ✖️ To become a MENTOR, please go here Program Tracks Our mentorship program now offers two unique options designed to support different stages of career development: Group Mentoring for early-career professionals and One-on-One Mentoring for mid-career professionals. Both options focus on creating valuable learning experiences tailored to mentee career level and goals. 🧑‍💻 Early Career Track: Runs from February 1 to April 30 and includes networking events for early-career mentees. 🥷 Mid Career Track: Runs from May 1 to July 31 and includes networking sessions with mid-career peers and mentors. There may also be the opportunity for group mentoring in this capacity, if you happen to have similar goals/backgrounds to other mid-career professionals. 🕵️‍♀️ Learn more about these tracks in the FAQ ! We never really know what groups or matches will look like until we get all applications and all mentors in one big list..but the goal is to match you with people who will be helpful and are knowledgeable about what you want to do! Important Dates ‼️ Application deadline: December 1 at 9am CST ✖️ Notified of application status: Late December-Mid January ✖️ Program Start: February 1 ✖️ Program ends: July 31 If you are NOT selected for this round, you'll be automatically added to the waitlist, and might be added to the program IF a space opens up that might work for your needs. If you are not selected, do not despair! I think they’re trying to find their stride with the program and make some tweaks so it’s more beneficial (previously the time horizon was too long and there was not much structure)
