I’m so glad I now live in a world where queer celebrity gossip exists

Is it superficial? Yes!

But it’s still a better world than ‘even queer people with power and money have to hide and hint at their sexuality’.. not too long ago.

I grew up in a world where we had to ‘read between the lines’. Is she or isn’t she?

And representation in the media absolutely makes a difference for a kid who is wondering if they are a freak or if there is anyone else like them.
