First, reviewers misspell or misstate the prophecy more than 50% of the time.
Second, reviewing is really just silly. This one calls it cheap-looking, this one calls it expensive. This one praises a take as empty, this one says it's complex.
Sigh. Just watch what you want, and enjoy it or not.

@aehdeschaine I read a review say itâs weird there isnât more action and that the gods are so petty, which I feel is the point haha

@aehdeschaine fwiw I really liked it

@skinnylatte I'm sure it is! Though I saw one review that said you can barely distinguish the gods from any other petty rich family on TV right now, and I'm still pondering that. Is it the creator's deliberate commentary choice, or did they just not find CGI budget for some godly effects to set them apart?
And maybe I'm overthinking a show I probably won't even watch

@aehdeschaine @skinnylatte
Deliberate, works well, and who needs CGI when youâve got Jeff Goldblum as Zeus?But yes, the line between Olympian and âSuccessionâ character is thin.
