My 18yo elderly cat has 7 chronic diseases. The last time we went to the vet they were like how’s her appetite? Do you need appetite stimulants

I said oh god if she had appetite stimulants she’d be eating the house (she has an incredible appetite)

This is her hovering over me when I’m late for breakfast by a minute
