@mattdm I can see myself getting a rejection for this in the near future.

@mattdm Can you say more about what "hybrid" entails? Does the role come with a set expectation of proportion of time in-person in an office in Boston?

It's a global job, so we'll consider anywhere in the world where RH can hire, but practically-speaking, good TZ alignment with US East Coast and with the EU will _really_ help.
Boston would be ideal, because it's RH's engineering leadership office. Plus it's where I am.
Because so much of the job is about communicating with people _everywhere_, being in the office is worse than not, many days. But I'd say expect 2-3 days / week in the office, with a lot of flexibility.

FWIW it's a pretty nice office. Great people, central location, and hey free lunch. But it is also: "Hey, employees, it's your office! You can have any plan you want. You know, as long as it's an open floor plan."

@mattdm Being in the office is worse than not, so expect to be there half the time? Does not compute...

It's better or worse depending on what you're focusing on that day.
