We had fuses in a Boston University-owned apartment in The Year 2000, and now that I remember that, I'd be shocked if they've updated anything.

Also, that apartment was on the first floor, and the panel in the basement, and we weren't supposed to go down there without facilities but one time they left the door unlocked and I did some exploring and, looking up, discovered that the entire floor underneath our bathtub had rotted away and it was basically hanging on by the plumbing.
