@ben what might be his downfall is how he represented these various properties as independent but on the back-end commingled resources in such a way that makes each inextricably bound. as with most American legal entanglements it’ll probably be a tax law violation that ends up steering this case.

@tky @ben the governance of the non profit foundation does seem to have been particularly ineffectual and failed to separate Mullenweg's private interests. Which seems likely to be in that category of tax law problems he's bringing on himself.
