Mastodon should steal the "starter pack" thing from Bsky. I don't know how that would work in the interface, and given that people would be spread out across instances, but it's a nice way to fill a quiet timeline.

I've heard quite a few folks say they feel lost after first joining, or that their timeline feels dead. I lucked out that i moved over when all of those tools allowed me to easily find a lot of folks to start with. But I'm not sure if they work as well now?
