@davatron5000 in W3C IRC we use a thing called Zakim and when you log in you say `present+ ` and it adds you as an attendee to the meeting. I think there's a place to start.

@davatron5000 It has been brought to my attention that there might soon be a new meeting app for WordPress contributors that requires attendees to say their name and declare that they are “not affiliated with WP Engine in any way, financially or otherwise” before joining.
